One year after NDC primaries to elect PCs for Dec 7, Mohammed Ramadan thanks Adentan delegates, promises to work hard to clinch the seat for the party

Mr Mohammed Adamu Ramadan, Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Adentan Constituency has expressed gratitude to his party’s delegates within the constituency for electing him to represent the party in this year’s election on December 7.

Today marks exactly a year since the NDC held primaries in some 157 constituencies out of the 275 in the country to select parliamentary candidates for the 2020 elections.

In a statement released today which can be found on Mr Mohammed Ramadan’s Facebook page, he thanked the constituency executives, party delegates as well as the party’s constituency elections directorate for seeing to it that the elections came off successfully.

The PC also took the opportunity to assure his party members and the people of Adentan of his determination to win the seat.

“I am eternally grateful to our gallant delegates for the endorsement and for giving me another opportunity to take back the seat from Hon. Yaw Buabeng-Asamoah who has abandoned his responsibilities to the good people of Adentan”, he wrote.

ONE YEAR ON; THANK YOU ADENTAN

Good morning comrades,

Today marks exactly one year since we held the primaries to select our 2020 Parliamentary Candidate for the Adentan Constituency.

First and foremost, I thank the Almighty God without whose favour our victory would not have been possible.

I wish to thank our constituency executives and the elections directorate for a good job done.

I thank my team and everyone who contributed in one way or the other to our success in the primaries.

Kudos also to Team Oye for putting up a spirited fight.

I am eternally grateful to our gallant delegates for the endorsement and for giving me another opportunity to take back the seat from Hon. Yaw Buabeng-Asamoah who has abandoned his responsibilities to the good people of Adentan.

I am mindful of the task and responsibilities ahead and appreciate the honour you bestowed on me.

I promise you that I will not disappoint you. We will do whatever it takes to retake the seat.

We have about four months to the elections and I would like to use this medium to assure you that everything is on course to ensure our smooth victory.

Like I said a couple of days ago, this campaign is an all-inclusive campaign. Wherever you are, do your best. It doesn't matter which way you voted during the primaries. You are automatically on board this campaign. Convince the people around you to vote for John Mahama and vote for Mohammed Adamu Ramadan.

I cherish the support you have given me so far and I will continue to acknowledge every effort you make towards this campaign and the overall well being of the NDC. We are in this together. Let us continue to work together as a team as we have been doing. We are one party, one people and same ideology.

Once again thank you for the confidence you reposed in me. Thank you Adentan!

The victory of the NDC is coming again.

Thank you all and God bless us all.

Mohammed Adamu Ramadan

NDC Parliamentary Candidate, Adentan Constituency
